how do i train my dog to play dead?

shes only 6 months old. I'm really looking forward to train her but i need to know how.I'm trying to train her to do other stuff to like sit but i only have 20 treats left for her..and i cant buy anymore till Saturday. She know how to sit,lay,no,yes,and she knows her name.If you know anymore tricks i can teach her please tell me remember shes only 6 months...

To teach your dog to play dead, first give the DOWN command. Notice the side to which he is leaning. From this position, give the command of PLAY DEAD and gently push him over until he is lying on that side. Offer verbal praise and a belly rub until he is comfortable in this position. Repeat the exercise until your pet rolls onto his side on his own. Follow with a small food treat.

Continue to practice this over and over. Always use a happy singsong voice and lots of positive reinforcement. Eventually, your dog will understand and fall to the ground with a thump.

The way to success in teaching your dog tricks is patience, practice, praise, and persistence. Every step in the right direction should be rewarded as though he had just won the lottery. Tricks are fun – learning how to do them should be fun, too

Their family security is disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious stranger, Elliot Hoover (Anthony Hopkins). At first mistaken for a potential child molester, Hoover explains that his obsessive interest in young Ivy is actually paternal. It is Hoover's contention that their daughter is the reincarnation of his own child, who died in a horrible accident. This information is dismissed out of hand-and then strange things begin happening. Directed by Robert Wise (who had previously helmed the psychological thriller The Haunting), Audrey Rose was adapted by co-producer Frank de Felitta from his own novel. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi Dead of Winter Despite its relative failure at the box office, this is a worthwhile thriller from the director of Bonnie and Clyde. Mary Steenburgen stars as an actress, Katie McGovern, lured to the upstate New York cabin of crazy Dr. Joseph Lewis (Jan Rubes), a diabolical crippled shrink playing a blackmail game with the ruthless sister of a recently murdered woman, who happened to be a dead ringer for Katie. Lewis and his creepy assistant (Roddy McDowall) keep Katie captive, videotaping her and cutting off her finger to further their sordid plot, while she tries desperately to get away. As the title implies, Arthur Penn gets a lot of atmosphere out of the remote cabin and a raging blizzard, and the cast is terrific. The Dead Hate the Living - $8.99 A group of low-budget filmmakers find the plot of their horror movie coming true as they're besieged by the undead in this goofy, gory fright flick. David Poe (Eric Clawson), a first-time film director, breaks into an abandoned hospital with his cast and crew to film a cheap zombie picture. David's bossy sister, Nina (Kimberly Pullis), is bankrolling the effort; his other sister, Shelly (Wendy Speake), is starring opposite would-be matinee idol Eric (Benjamin Morris). In one scene, the pair play a female pathologist and the ghoul who kills and then makes love to her on an autopsy table. Unfortunately, such footage has to be scrapped when Nina shows up and decides she's starring in the film herself. As the crew scrambles to accommodate this casting change, unpaid production assistant Topaz (Jamie Donahue) stumbles upon a mysterious, deserted laboratory that contains a very theatrical-looking coffin. David decides to incorporate the sarcophagus into his film -- even after he opens it and a dead body pops out. But when the filmmakers activate the machinery hooked up to the coffin in hopes of making it look even cooler on film, zombies begin to pour forth from an interdimensional vortex. Soon, the hospital becomes a scene of carnage and horror as the cast and crew try to figure out how to defeat head ghoul Eibon (Matt Stephens) and his minions. Squeeze Play - Director's Special $14.99 The estimable New Jersey-based Troma Films, the same firm that brought you such imperishable classics as Toxic Avenger and Chopper Chicks in Zombietown, was responsible for the raunchy baseball farce Squeeze Play. Rather than offer a litany of its highlights (such as they are), we feel that the tenor of the film is implicit in its bare-bones plotline. In the small town of Springborn (its principal industry is a mattress factory), the local all-male baseball team, The Beavers, celebrates each victory by bedding their wives, sweethearts and casual dates. Tired of this chauvinistic treatment, rebellious Samantha (Jenni Hetrick) organizes an all-girl team, the Beaverettes. She forces a battle of the sexes on the baseball diamond, pitting her buxom teammates against the dirty-playing Beavers. White Dog - Widescreen $21.99 A little-seen film, suppressed by Paramount studio executives and never released theatrically in the U.S., this drama is a powerful saga about racism. Julie Sawyer (Kristy McNichol) hits a handsome white dog with her car one night and then nurses it back to health. One day, the theretofore mild-mannered dog saves her life by viciously attacking and killing a rapist who breaks into her home. Lucy discovers that the dog has been trained to attack black skin. She consults an animal trainer, Carruthers (Burl Ives), who urges her to have the dog exterminated. But a maverick black trainer, Keys (Paul Winfield), who has tried before to break the training of such dogs but never succeeded, steps in. Is Dead $11.99 Melody and hardcore don't usually go hand in hand. But Crime in Stereo is not your average, ordinary hardcore band. There was a time when hardcore music usually meant a group of tough, sweaty, shirtless skinheads jumping on top of each other and group-screaming along to their favorite chorus. But the times they are a-changin', as evidenced by Crime in Stereo's third full-length overall, 2007's Is Dead. Although not a pure hardcore band necessarily, the group certainly contains more muscle than the average pop-punk band you'll spot on MTV, and there are certain moments that will peak the interest of hardcore admirers. But take a song like the album-opening "XXXX (The First 1,000 Years of Solitude)," which manages to combine both pop melody and hardcore -- without coming off like some slick gloss merely aimed at crossover success. But on the other hand, the group also offers tracks that do not include one iota of hardcore rage -- including such ditties as "Unfortunate Tourists" and "Choker." Some of the group's older fans may have a problem with Crime in Stereo's newer melodic direction, but like most notable groups, musical growth is a very necessary component. And you have to admire the chances Crime in Stereo take on Is Dead. ~ Greg Prato

But in order to pull it off, she'll have to play the role of Margaret connivingly enough to fool her servants as well as a local playboy and the police. Richard angrily confronts Herbie (Stuart Wolfenden), a small-time drug dealer, in the local pub, then creepily apologizes to him a few minutes later outside. Herbie runs to his mates and tells them what happened, but before they have a chance to respond, they find that they're targets. Richard starts out with relatively harmless pranks, vandalizing their houses and painting their faces while they're asleep. Sonny (former boxer Gary Stretch), the gang's bullying leader, confronts Richard on the street, but Richard refuses to back down. Sonny's ragtag crew are ill equipped to respond to Richard's ruthless military tactics. As Richard inexorably goes about his business, and the bodies begin to pile up, we learn, through flashbacks, what happened to Anthony. Dead Man's Shoes was directed by Shane Meadows (Once Upon a Time in the Midlands), who co-wrote the script with Considine.
